Arrow Electronics to highlight latest power and sensing technology at PCIM and Sensor+Test 2024
Arrow Electronics will display cutting-edge solutions developed with suppliers and its technology ecosystem at PCIM 2024 and Sensor+Test 2024 from June 11-13 in Nuremberg, Germany.
At PCIM, hall 9, booth 638, Arrow will highlight the value of its technical collaboration with leading innovators that enable full system design and deployment. Presentations showcasing “Power for Everything” will highlight Arrow’s core technologies for innovation and rapid-design-cycle capabilities.
Special focuses on electrification, motor control, and energy-management, today’s dominant megatrends, will demonstrate solutions based on heat pumps for energy-saving environment control, high-efficiency DC charging for EVs, and new advancements in automotive on-board chargers. A spotlight on energy management will show new solutions for solar generation, energy storage, and solid-state circuit breakers for enhanced safety and efficiency.
Arrow’s PCIM booth will also contain innovations from leading component manufacturers to maximise system efficiency and power density, including the latest SiC (silicon carbide) and GaN (gallium nitride) semiconductors from wide-bandgap suppliers. Visitors will also find the latest in modules, motor drives, and power conversion as well as new passive components that help maximise system performance, and efficient power supplies.
Sensor+Test
Visitors to Sensor+Test, the measurement event, will discover Arrow’s “Sensors for Everything” at booth, 214 in hall 1. Demonstrations showing vision sensing and environmental awareness will highlight collaborations with suppliers that accelerate delivery of complete solutions.
Arrow’s portfolio covers all the core technologies for innovative sensor designs. Booth demonstrations will include camera-based solutions, image sensors and 3D head-tracking with time-of-flight sensors from several manufacturers.
Technical demonstrations at the show include particle sensors that enable localised, real-time air-quality sensing with IoT devices, CO2 and temperature, magnetic and pressure sensors.
“Energy management and helping protect our environments are key challenges of modern times. We are excited to show how Arrow combines diverse competencies with the latest technologies to create innovative solutions quickly. Our booths at PCIM and Sensor+Test will be packed with examples,” said Florian Freund, director engineering, Central Europe, Arrow Electronics.
The PCIM and Sensor+Test parallel events are at Nuremberg Messe, June 11-13, 2024.
