They impress with a particularly low forward voltage of 0.74 V and an actual leakage current of just 20 µA at 125 °C in each case. The bridge rectifiers also benefit from the enormous process stability in wafer manufacturing, creating high-quality components for a wide range of power applications, e.g. in servers, telecommunications, gaming, and other high-performance applications. In terms of the environment, the series comply with EU RoHS 2.0 standards and are halogen-free in accordance with the IEC 61249 standard, which minimizes their environmental footprint.
The ultra-low VF bridge rectifiers are characterized above all by their high performance and long service life. With the industry's lowest forward voltage of 0.74 V at 125 °C, the components enable optimized use of the supplied power while simultaneously increasing energy efficiency. With an actual leakage current of just 20 µA at 125°C, this bridge rectifier series guarantees efficient power transfer and improves system reliability as well as stability even under particularly demanding conditions.
The maximum junction temperature is 175°C. This increases the efficiency of high-power applications, for example, while at the same time improving heat dissipation capacity.
