Teledyne LeCroy Release New Oscilloscopes
Affordable, highly accurate and now available from Conrad: two new T3DSO1000HD series oscilloscopes featuring bandwidths of 100 MHz and 200 MHz, respectively.
Featuring 12-bit high definition, extensive trigger/decoder and analysis software, a capacitive touchscreen and many other high-performance functions: Teledyne LeCroy’s two latest T3DSO1000HD series oscilloscopes come with bandwidths of 100 MHz and 200 MHz bandwidth, respectively. Both products are now supplied by the Conrad Sourcing Platform.
Innovative technology
The T3DSO1000HD series 12-bit high-resolution oscilloscopes are more than just eye catchers. Besides an extensive range of functions, they feature a capacitive 10.1” multi-touch display that allows operating the device using finger movements. The secret behind this is plenty of innovative technology that includes improved debugging and analysis options, advanced signal definition and a significantly higher reading accuracy.
Debugging and analysis
The oscilloscopes provide 4 analogue and 16 optional digital channels that allow the analysis of mixed signals. A 12-bit high-resolution AD converter churns out sample rates of up to 2GSa per second which enables taking exact readings and a detailed visualisation of the results. This is further helped by a wave form capture rate of 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode that increases to up to 500,000 wfm/s when the device is switched to Sequence Mode. Shorter “dead times” between sampling periods reduce the risk of missing relevant waveform information during processing.
Measurement and data evaluation
Both pieces of equipment include a comprehensive set of trigger/decoder and analysis software that supports I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN-FD (decoding only) and FlexRay (decoding only) protocol. High sensitivity and low jitter boost reading accuracy. Moreover, tools for waveform history, search and navigation options, mask testing, Bode plotting, power analysis and histograms enable the acquisition, storage and analysis of an extensive range of waveforms. Other features of the T3DSO1000HD series oscilloscopes comprise an impressive selection of measurement and mathematical functions, a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator and serial decoding options.
Operating mode and display
Both products come with a built-in webserver that allows you to operate the device remotely via a LAN port and a web browser and enables the use of an external keyboard-and-mouse combo. The 10.1” screen comes with an intuitive UI design that shows waveforms and analysis results in an easily readable 1024x600 resolution. The multi-touch display makes using the product much more straightforward. Moreover, Teledyne LeCroy’s T3DSO1000HD series oscilloscopes stand out thanks to their modern design, low operating costs and overall affordability.
