NeoCortec Advances LoRa Mesh Networking at EOT 2025

At EOT – Electronics of Tomorrow 2025 from 30th September to 2nd October at the MCH Messecenter Herning in Denmark, Thomas Steen Halkier, CEO of NeoCortec, will be giving a presentation on Thursday 2nd October from 10.30h to 10.50h about “Mesh using LoRa: Scalable, Reliable, and Ultra-Low Power Wireless Networking Beyond the Single-Hop Paradigm.”

In the presentation Halkier will be introducing Neo-Mesh on LoRa from NeoCortec. Traditional LoRa-based wireless solutions often rely on single-hop communication models, limiting scalability, increasing energy consumption at the edge, and reducing network reliability in dynamic or obstructed environments. NeoMesh on LoRa introduces a paradigm shift by combining the robustness of true mesh networking with the long-range, disturbance-immunity benefits of the LoRa physical layer.

NeoMesh is a decentralized mesh protocol optimized for battery-powered devices. Each node acts as a router, enabling autonomous self-configuration, dynamic routing, and multi-hop communication — all without a central coordinator. Paired with LoRa modulation, it offers extended range and signal robustness, ideal for smart agriculture, infrastructure monitoring, industrial IoT, and remote sensing.
