Valuable insights on high voltage and high current on the PCB
More than 80 participants virtually joined the expert deep-dive live from Panasonic Campus Munich.
”Enabling a new level of high power switching on the PCB clearly adds value to everyone striving for innovation in these times of digitalization and electrification” - summarizes Panagiotis Venardos from Panasonic Industry after his lecture on commercial and technical deliberations of printed electromechanical relays for nowadays applications.
During the 2021 High Power on PCB live event at Panasonic Campus Munich on June 10th, it became more than evident that high voltage and high current handling ceased to be a mere domain of industrial processes. Domestic wall boxes, charging cables, inverters or solar grid technology are a 21st century reality that require groundbreakingly efficient, reliable safe switching technologies.
More than 80 participants heard different perspectives on the topic – and could acquire a resilient picture on contemporary high power switching requirements in PCB based applications.
The expert speakers during the symposium hosted by Vogel Communications / Elektronik Praxis and Panasonic Industry at the recently opened Panasonic Campus Munich have been Richard Hammerl from Autodesk, Ansgar Kathmann from Phoenix Contact, Andreas Schilpp from JUMATECH GmbH, Panagiotis Venardos together with Chaithra Bhat Beedubail and Roland Kehrberger from Panasonic Industry, Thomas Gottwald from Schweizer Electronic AG and Juergen Friedrich from Ersa GmbH.
