Five new series of surface-mount Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifiers from Vishay - now at Rutronik
Rutronik is expanding its rectifier portfolio with five new types for 60 V, 100 V and 150 V: The surface-mount Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) rectifier series VxNL63-M3, VxNM63-M3, VxN103-M3, VxNM103-M3, and VxNM153-M3 from Vishay come in particularly compact DFN3820A housings with wettable flanks.

With higher current ratings and an up to 50% higher power density than conventional SMA packages, and 12% higher power density than SMF packages, they provide a highly efficient and space-saving solution for commercial, industrial and energy applications and are also available as an AEC-Q101 qualified version for the automotive industry.
The optimized forward voltage drop (best in class) to 0.45 V reduces power losses while increasing efficiency. They are also ideal for automated assembly.
