TX Cube, a key player in the engineering and subcontract manufacturing of complex electronic products, is recognized for its expertise in the design, industrialization and mass production of complete electronic products, supporting its customers from project ideation through to industrial production.
In just 15 years of existence, this Paris-based French company has succeeded in building up a network of complementary partnerships, enabling it to offer a vast range of solutions to its customers, from major CAC40 groups to ETIs and start-ups, in France, Europe and beyond.
This new strategic milestone is a key step that will propel Alliance Electronics into a phase of expansion and reinforcement of its expertise.
This acquisition adds a new dimension to the group's offering, and will not only provide TX Cube customers with made-in-Europe and made-in-France manufacturing options, but also offer Alliance members' customers mechanical and electronic design services, with strong design-to-cost expertise.
The respective capacities will be strengthened, both in terms of the Alliance's design office and TX Cube's production capacity.
According to Elisabeth Partouche, CEO and CO Founder of TX Cube, this alliance represents a crucial step in the development of TX Cube: “The ‘Made in Europe’ and ‘Made in France’ production capacities set up within the Alliance Group will enable us to offer our customers additional production capacity, which will stimulate our growth. New Made in France projects are already underway!
Damien Rossignon, President of Alliance Electronics: “This acquisition is a major turning point for us in enriching our subcontracting offer by offering high value-added services to our customers. Thanks to a fluid link between design, prototyping, industrialization and mass production, we can offer our customers a “one-stop-shop”. This reduces time-to-market, optimizes production costs and improves quality. We look forward to realizing all these synergies in collaboration with the TX Cube teams.
TX Cube, which will continue to be managed by Elisabeth Partouche and Daniel Mawas, is expected to achieve sales of over €12 million by 2024.
