With the polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors of the YT series from SAMWHA, Rutronik is expanding its portfolio with high-performance components for use in harsh environments. The YT series combines the advantages of conductive polymers with those of classic liquid electrolytes to achieve exceptionally low ESR, high ripple current capacity and a long service life of up to +150 °C. The capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified, making them ideal for use in automotive and industrial electronics.
The polymer hybrid capacitors of the SAMWHA YT series combine high electrical performance, robustness and durability in a compact SMD package. With rated voltages from 25 V to 63 VDC, capacitances from 15 µF to 330 µF and an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C, these components are designed for continuous operation under the harshest conditions. The specified service life is 1,000 hours at +150 °C.
With the YT series, Rutronik offers its customers an economical and technically mature hybrid solution that bridges the gap between classic electrolytic and modern polymer technology – enabling a stable, long-lasting and highly efficient power supply in high-temperature environments.
