24 Volt ASi-5/ASi-3 PROFINET Gateway
ASi-5 offers you many advantages and new possibilities like high data bandwidth, short cycle times and easy integration of IO-Link devices.
To use ASi-5 slaves, all you need is a Bihl+Wiedemann ASi-5/ASi-3 gateway. It is now also available as a low-cost 24-volt device for standard applications.
The gateway is particularly suitable for small applications with few slaves. No additional ASi power supply is required because the gateway can be supplied from 24 V directly from the control cabinet. The integrated OPC UA server enables smooth and direct data transfer from the field level to Industry 4.0 applications.
Existing gateways can be replaced easily
In ASi networks without ASi-5 slaves, the new ASi-5/ASi-3 gateways act exactly as earlier Bihl+Wiedemann gateways because the ASi-3 part remains unchanged. Using our new gateways you can easily replace your existing gateways.
