(THB Grade IIIB acc. IEC 60384-14: 2013 ed.4 / AMD1: 2016, withstanding 85 °C / 85° R.H. / 1.000 h at URAC). The Automotive Grade components are suitable for operation up to 125 °C for limited time as well as for common mode filtering in DC buses up to 1.500 VDC. As a result, they are ideal for EMI filtering in automotive and industrial power electronic applications under very harsh environmental conditions. The F340 Y2 film capacitor series is designed for a rated voltage of 305 VAC and provides a capacitance range from 0.01 µF to 1 µF. Furthermore, the capacitors can be used with DC voltages up to 1,500 VDC at +85 °C and 1,000 VDC at +105 °C. The film capacitors use polypropylene film as a dielectric and are installed in a flame-retardant plastic housing sealed with epoxy resin and tested in accordance with UL class 94 V-0.

They are RoHS-compliant, lead-free and are predestined for applications under particularly harsh conditions, such as in automotive BEV/PHEV applications (OBC, e-Compressors, Heating Systems, Traction Inverter) or renewable energy inverters, industrial motor drives, UPS systems, or other standard line bypass Y2 applications.
