TDK announces worldwide availability of the InvenSense ICP-10125 waterproof SmartPressure platform

TDK Corporation (TSE: 6762) announces worldwide availability of the InvenSense ICP-10125, part of the SmartPressure family of the MEMS barometric pressure sensor platform. The ICP-10125 achieves the industry’s lowest pressure noise of 0.4 Pa RMS, attains the industry’s lowest power consumption of 1.3 µA, and ensures excellent temperature stability with a temperature coefficient of ±0.5 Pa/°C.

24V input DC-DC step-down (buck) converters deliver 750W in a 1/16th brick footprint

TDK Corporation (TSE 6762) announces the introduction of the 750W rated TDK-Lambda i7A series of non-isolated buck DC-DC converters, packaged in the industry-standard 1/16th brick footprint. The output voltage of these 24V nominal input step-down converters can be adjusted from 3.3V to 18V with a maximum current of 45A.

TDK expands embedded motor controller family to target high temperature environments

TDK Corporation (TSE 6762) has expanded its Micronas embedded motor controller portfolio to address higher temperature applications. The HVC 4222F and HVC 4422F were developed for operating smart actuators in applications with ambient temperature requirements up to 150 °C. HVC 4222F offers 32k flash memory while the HVC 4422F comes with 64k flash for more complex software implementations. These high temperature devices target applications in combustion vehicle drive trains, and emerging thermal management systems in electric and hybrid vehicles.*
